Job took twice as long as I was quoted and we didn't even move all the boxes I requested. Paid over $1200 to move a 1br apartment (5th floor with elevator) to a 2br Townhome (3 floors - stairs) and took ~5 hours. Drive time was under 5min.Crew only spoke a few words of English which made communication difficult. Crew arrived exhausted from their previous move and was slow. Being the 2nd move of their day should have been factored into my quote.Overall not a great experience and I had to rent a van to finish the move myself the next day.Only positive is the crew was friendly.EDIT: Skyway reached out and explained the events that lead to my experience that day and made things right. That's all I can ask for as one-off situations happen. Bumping to 5 stars.
